Dragon Fruit Bucha Vinaigrette Salad

Yields 2 servings
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 3 dash of dried parsley
- 3 dash of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of Big Easy Bucha Dandy Dragon Fruit Kombucha
- 1 container of Micro Pharms Micro Arugula
- 1 container of Micro Pharms Micro Broccoli
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, Dandy Dragon fruit Kombucha, dried parsley and salt for 1 minute.
- Place the microgreens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten.
- Sprinkle with a little dried parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
