Dragon Fruit Bucha Vinaigrette Salad

Yields 2 servings

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 3 dash of dried parsley
  • 3 dash of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of Big Easy Bucha Dandy Dragon Fruit Kombucha
  • 1 container of Micro Pharms Micro Arugula
  • 1 container of Micro Pharms Micro Broccoli

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, Dandy Dragon fruit Kombucha, dried parsley and salt for 1 minute. 
  2. Place the microgreens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten.
  3. Sprinkle with a little dried parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
